Careful,
meticulous, straightforward, compliant with regulation.
Those are the words you're likely to hear when
asked about HedgeLender LLC's committed staff.
The outstanding reputation we've earned in nearly
eight years providing stock-collateralized
hedged portfolio loans to our clients is something
we are justifiably proud of.
We
welcome full due diligence and suggest a further
follow up with an examination of our track record
and referrals. We offer an unparalleled record
of satisfied clients, obsessive concern for federal
and state regulation, and personalized attention to each borrower
that is the envy of far larger organizations.
Although we do not offer any form of financial
planning or tax advice, referrals to licensed
professionals familiar with HedgeLoan financing
are always available upon request.
Your
structured stock financing is operated with care
and efficiency by a HedgeLender team with many
years of related experience in securities, business,
government and finance. Our account managers include
a selection of accomplished securities professionals
with backgrounds in most of the major names in
investment banking, from Goldman Sachs to Morgan Stanley
to Wachovia. Our Advisory Board is equally distinguished and growing rapidly. Since our founding, we have gradually
leveraged our strengths through these carefully
chosen relationships so that today we can provide
the most attractive, efficient stock loan financing
in the market coupled with the security and attention
to regulation of a very large firm. This is the
hallmark of a HedgeLender transaction.
