If you are a financial professional with a current transaction in hand, and would like to receive finder's fees for referring your client(s): We provide affiliation invitations to individuals, typically with active current transactions, who are in good standing and if necessary licensed within an applicable financial field. An affiliate (consulting) fee is paid upon successful closing by direct wire for any loan clients who close through leads delivered by the affiliate. Affiliate is not automatic. Individuals with verifiiable access to high-net-worth clients; individuals with current, live transactions; and individuals who are currently registered as investment or financial advisors are especially welcome to apply. Individuals in related finance and brokering fields may apply as well, provided that they have a current prospective transaction. Security. We will conduct a legal and criminal background check on all applicants as required by law prior to affiliation with us. Individuals or companies who cannot pass the background check will not be offered an affiliate contract with us.	Fees and Earnings. Strong compensation program based on the gross loan amount of each loan, paid by wire at time of loan funding. Liberal Bonuses are paid for outstanding performance, and promotions to Regional Manager are available for those Affiliates who are particularly successful. Our Regional Managers receive an override of 50 basis points on all of their referred affiliate's closings. Affiliates will be permitted to use certain product and service banners on their websites and in emailings that automatically pick up lead information and credit those leads to the affiliate, if they wish. Affiliate receives full affiliate compensation for any leads referred in this manner. This banner/link tracking support system is not obligatory, but may be used by an affiliate at their leisure and discretion.
