William F. O'Shea III

John F. Innelli, Esq., has been protecting investors' rights and providing securities compliance advice to industry members for the past twenty-five years. A 1977 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, with degrees in economics and international finance, Mr. Innelli received his Juris Doctorate from the Washington & Lee University School of Law in 1980. In December 1982, he was hired to protect the interests of investors who lost money in the first fraudulent junk bond offering by Michael Milken. As a result of Mr. Innelli's efforts, $58 million was recovered by his clients. During the course of his career Mr. Innelli has recovered over $105 million on behalf of investors who have been victimized by violations of the securities laws.

Mr. Innelli believes one of America's greatest strengths is our nation's capital markets. Our capital markets work most efficiently when capital market participants act in compliance with the regulations which have been tested and proven effective over the last seventy-four years. Capital market participants who share Mr. Innelli's view have called upon him for his advice. None of his clients has encountered any regulatory problems.

Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Innelli serves upon the Executive Committee of the Pennsylvania Democratic Party and the School Board of Stratford Friends School.


Mr. O'Shea's experience includes over fifteen years in the legal, financial and manufacturing industries, and includes a legal background in both litigation and transactional areas.  He has represented a broad range of clients, including individuals, financial institutions, Fortune 500 companies and major league sports teams. In addition to his work as a practicing attorney, Mr. O'Shea has acted as counsel to investment banking firms. 

Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. O'Shea worked for several years as a retail stockbroker in both Philadelphia and New York City. Mr. O'Shea received his B.A. in English from Villanova University in 1991 and his J.D. from the Villanova University School of Law in 1998.
