Daniel W. Stafford,
President. Mr. Stafford is formerly of the U.S.
Department of Commerce's International Trade
Administration in Washington, D.C., where he held
responsibilities involving US trade, technology and
finance outreach in the Office of Undersecretary for
International Trade OPA headed first by Stuart E.
Eizenstat then by David M. Aaron during his tenure. Mr.
Stafford was also tasked to the Clinton White House to
assist with China MFN efforts for the Executive Office
of the President, and was part of several national trade
policy project teams that included the National Export
Strategy, the Framework for Electronic Commerce, the
Emerging Markets and Digital Economy Initiatives, and
NAFTA. |

Prior to his work in the US government, Mr. Stafford was employed by Communications Satellite Corporation's (COMSAT) Advanced Systems Division, part of INTELSAT, where he held responsibilities for financial proposals for international satellite telecom projects for the U.S. government and governments in Asia and Latin America. Earlier, he created and edited academic research collections for what is currently the research collections arm of the Congressional Research Service.
Mr. Stafford holds a Master's degree
in International Relations and Business from the
University of Chicago, with a major focus on Asian trade

Fred R. Wahler, Vice President. Mr. Wahler, a partner at HedgeLender, manages sales and operational oversight for HedgeLender LLC. He brings over twenty years of expertise in the fields of investment banking, retail brokerage management and sales training to his work at HedgeLender. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Wahler managed a successful investment banking consulting firm focused on corporate fundraising through institutional capital markets and strategic consulting.
In addition to a decade of retail brokerage and management experience, Mr. Wahler has also worked extensively with asset-based lending including factoring, equipment leasing and commercial real estate acquisition/development transactions involving institutions large and small.

Robert Schneiderman, Director of Operations. Mr. Schneiderman handles all operational matters for HedgeLender including documentation, transaction monitoring, and quote underwriting administration for HedgeLender. Mr. Schneiderman has an extensive background in business operations consulting earned over more than thirty years. His experience includes marketing and consulting on a a broad range of financial projects focused on development and retail product placement for a variety of public and non-public enterprises.
Over the years he has specialized in expanding customer bases, development of business-specific marketing programs, assisting with mergers and acquisitions, and establishing/maintaining communications and related operational tasks. Mr. Schneiderman has also helped develop effective marketing strategies for several large joint ventures, developing advertising-media programs and advising on the structuring of operations on a private consulting basis.

William F. O'Shea, III, Esq., Corporate Counsel. Mr. O'Shea's experience includes over fifteen years in the legal, financial and manufacturing industries, and includes a legal background in both litigation and transactional areas. He has represented a broad range of clients, including individuals, financial institutions, Fortune 500 companies and major league sports teams. In addition to his work as a practicing attorney, Mr. O'Shea has acted as counsel to investment banking firms.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. O'Shea worked for several years as a retail stockbroker in both Philadelphia and New York City. Michael A. Bowdoin, Director of Business Development. Mr. Bowdoin is responsible for new business development at HedgeLender, and brings fifteen years of expertise in the fields of accounting, sales, investor relations, investment banking, finance and
human capital growth to his duties.
Prior to joining HedgeLender, Mr. Bowdoin was Controller for ECI International, a holding company. He eventually transferred to Madison & Wall LLC (previously known as Continental Capital), where he became Vice President of Sales. Mr. Bowdoin then moved to the executive recruiting industry where he became Vice President of Sales for Corporate Search America. Mr Bowdoin then founded The Recherche Group, which offers both boutique lending for commercial projects and executive recruiting.

Alan J. LaCava, Director
of Sales. Mr. LaCava is HedgeLender's Director of Sales
on the front lines of communications with our new clients and HedgeLender Affiliates. He oversees HedgeLender's direct sales activities and
conducts final closing operations for the majority of
HedgeLender loan clients and Affiliates.
Mr. LaCava brings over twenty years of expertise in
the fields of investment banking, accounting, retail brokerage management
and sales training. Prior to joining HedgeLender, Mr. LaCava
worked with several successful investment banking consulting
firms focused on corporate fundraising through institutional

Mark Stevens, National Accounts Manager . Mr. Stevens' provides expert consulting in real estate investment marketing for HedgeLender. He has over 13 years in mortgage lending and over 25 total years of experience in sales, marketing, and management consulting, and is co-founder of Rein USA, a company which focuses on financing alternatives for the real estate investment community. Mr. Stevens has an extensive background in advertising and internet marketing, and has held executive positions at Key Financial Corporation and Mortgage Investors Corporation. Joseph G. Hartshorne, Regional Manager, Achieve Program. Mr. Hartshorne manages the HedgeLender Achieve program for new Affiliates in the real estate and related industries, and acts as an additional advisor to HedgeLender for these purposes. Mr. Hartshorne has played an instrumental role in the growth of leading mortgage firm 1st Florida State Mortgage and brings to the HedgeLender Achieve program over 30 years of experience in management, insurance, real estate, finance, and broadcast communications. Mr. Hartshorne's career has take him to Metropolitan Life and Financial Services, Prudential, Bridgestone, Stockton Turner Mortgage Bankers, and Lend Select Mortgage among. His organizational, communications (print and broadcasting) and overall business acumen are being applied to the Achieve program to build it into a first-class marketing subgroup at HedgeLender. HedgeLender has inaugurated a sophisticated new automated referral and tracking system that allows individuals with good networks, mailing lists, or high-traffic websites to copy links and banners and add them to their marketing efforts.
